Barefoot Walk to London

Day Co-ordinators Required!

Are you able to give a day of your time to help change the world?

'Day Co-ordinators' are needed to take on the organisation of one of the sixteen days or so that it will take Emmanuel Neba Fuh, walking barefoot, and two other walkers (Khumbula Dube and Salina Hanif) walking in shoes from Derby to London.

That's right, barefoot, ten miles each day at huge personal sacrifice; so let's ensure that Emmanuel is properly supported and can rely on an individual each day to make sure he is on track, eating and drinking, has a place to stay and gets maximum publicity.  The walk begins on 16th June and will end on 2nd July in Downing Street, London.  We have created a job description of sorts, that sets out what we will expect of you.  Having some time to do an advance recce will help, access to a car to get yourself to the start and from the finish point of the given day, a good pair of shoes and above all an enthusiasm for what Emmanuel seeks to achieve.
